Hello friends - I'm starting a home gym and could use some pointers from anyone who's been running one for a few years or more.
My current plan is to have a set of 10-100lb dbs (10lb increments). Assault bike. Ski erg. Squat rack/barbell/plates (bumper and cast), boxes, kettlebells (30 and 50 lb), some type of cable pulley system.
I have done the MTNTOUGH "onboard" series and will be transitioning to the mountain hunter training program in the coming weeks. Any significant gaps in equipment that anyone sees?
You are definitely right in line with that equipment!
