You have the whole month of March to complete this workout. This challenge is done for as many treadmill miles as possible over all 3, 30 minute blocks. Only 2 minutes maximum rest between blocks, so this workout is exactly 1 hr and 34 minutes long.
Pull-ups must be strict, full arm extension to chin over the bar.
Push-ups must be done with your pack on, so your pack doesn't come off for the entire 30 minute block.
