- Assault Bike Cals - 20 for men / 15 for women
- Max DB Squat Thrusters in the remainder of the time
-90 sec Rest
Your score is the total amount of Squat Thrusters you get in the 5 Rounds.
We have not seen someone get over 60 yet.
