One of our most frequently asked questions is... What do I do if I don't have a sled? Well, here's what we'd do.
#1 Make a Sled
- Attach some straps to a tire
- Load up some weight
- Drag/push it across your driveway
#2 Towel Push
- Throw a towel on a hard floor
- Put your hands on it and push
- No pulling, just always push
- Put a plate on the towel for more resistance
#3 Dead Tread
- Push on an incline or flat treadmill when it's off
- Beware: some gym owners might get mad
- Turn around and walk backwards for "Pulling"
- 15 sec here = 10 yds
#4 Machine Sub
- Use a stairclimber or versaclimber
- Stay at 80 steps/min at minimum
- 15 sec here = 10 yds
#5 Kettlebell Sub
- Do 10 High Pull Squats
- Then do 30 sec Wall Sit
- 1 Round - 20 yds
