MTNTOUGH Trainer Jimmy Alsobrook brings you this incredibly effective workout specifically designed to help you lose weight. For Coach Jimmy's 40th birthday, his wife bought him a trip to Bora Bora. Jimmy was 212lb at the time and used this exact workout to get down to 180lb! He would go in and do it every day for two months, substituting different exercises, but the run and versa (stairstepper back in the day) would stay the exact same! It's a grind, especially for two months, but the results are incredible.
This workout, done over the course of a few weeks, and can help you lose weight incredibly fast, it just takes consistency.
Directions:
This workout consists of two parts, both designed to maintain a heart-rate at 80-89% of max, the optimal place to burn fat. We will be working mainly on the Treadmill and Versa-climber. If you don't have access to a Versa-climber, one you can use a Stair-master, Jacob's Ladder, Treadmill at an incline, or even a spin bike. We just need something to get your legs pumping and your heart-rate up!
