TOUGHFEST 2025 Workout Breakdown and Guidelines
THE WORKOUT:
START LINE - located just outside GARAGE DOOR
3,2,1 GO!
LAP 1 - Team Lap to Love Lane - must stay together
STATION 1:
SLED Push/Pull - 300 yards (10 Laps – 15y/15y - 130lbs/220lbs)
Burpee over line x 150 total
Then proceed to….
100 Ski Erg calories (3 teammates - 1 Ski Erg)
EXIT the Gym and PICK UP your 45 lb plate at the designated PLATE PICKUP area - 1x 45lb plate per team.
LAP 2: Team Plate Lap to Love Lane (1x 45lb plate per team) - must stay together
Switch carrier of the plate at team’s own discretion.
DROP off PLATE in the same area you picked it up.
STATION 2:
Sandbag Ground to Shoulder Reverse Lunge x 150 total (30lb/60lb minimum)
Overhead Plate Hold (35lb/45lb)
Then proceed to…
100 Assault Bike Cals (3 teammates - 1 Bike)
LOAD PACK on your back (Males 60lb minimum, Females 30lb minimum)
LAP 3: Team Pack Lap to Love Lane (all athletes wearing packs) - must stay together
Keep pack on…
STATION 3:
Double Bucket Carry with Pack x 500 yards (10 Laps - 25y/25y - 30lb in each/50 lbs in each)
Pack Walking Lunges x 300 Total
DROP PACKS in the Pack loading area. Then proceed to…
1000 feet - Versa Climber (3 teammates - 1 Versa)
LAP 4: FINAL Team Lap to Love Lane - must stay together
Your final lap will end on the East side of the parking lot through the finish line arch.
Proceed to PHOTO BOOTH and celebrate with your team!!!

IMPORTANT NOTES and RULES:
*BEFORE THE WORKOUT BEGINS*
Load PACK prior to workout (Males - 60lb min, Female - 30lb min) in PACK LOADING area.
A colored tag will mark your pack for easy identification mid-workout.
Just prior to your wave start, PACKS will be placed in the “PACK PICKUP” area.
Each team will have a Designated Volunteer assigned to them. This volunteer will help ensure a smooth flow through the workout and answer any questions you may have during your workout.
We recommend discussing strategy for KEEPING COUNT and a gameplan for each station. Discuss strengths, weaknesses, and how to troubleshoot if someone is struggling.
STATION RULES:
Teammates must stay together for ALL LAPS. You may not begin any station without all teammates present.
Station 1:
1 teammate per Sled - you may split laps but only one teammate moving/touching the sled at a time.
Teams with a female athlete: Sled will be loaded with a 45lb plate on each side (130lbs total). Teams will be responsible for stacking 2 x additional 45lb plates in the center when it is a male’s turn to push/pull the Sled (220lbs total).
Back two Sled feet must hit the 15 yard line. Front Sled foot must be behind the start line before the start of the next lap.
2 teammates may perform Burpees - no peeling or legs hitting the floor (perform strict pushup), kneeling pushups are acceptable if necessary. NO PEELING.
You must complete both your Sled Laps and all Burpees before proceeding to the Ski Erg.
STATION 2:
2 teammates may perform SB GTS RL at a time. Males - 60lb minimum, Females 30lb minimum.
1 teammate will be holding the plate overhead while reps are being completed. If the plate drops below your head, SB GTS RL reps must STOP. You may resume when the plate returns to the overhead position.
You may rotate plate holder as often as you like.
Sandbag must be dropped completely to the ground each rep.
Sandbag must be on top of the shoulder during your lunge.
Back knee must get within 2 inches of the ground for the lunge to be complete.
You must complete all SB GTS RL reps before proceeding to the Assault Bike.
STATION 3:
1 teammate may perform Bucket Carry at a time (Males - 50lb Buckets, Females - 30lb Buckets)
2 teammates may perform Pack Walking Lunges at a time.
DOWN and BACK equals 1 LAP!
If your team finishes the Bucket Carry prior to finishing lunges, all teammates may lunge until the 300 rep count is accomplished.
You must complete all Bucket Carry Laps and all Pack Walking Lunges before dropping your pack and proceeding to the Versa Climber.
