For this workout, you will need your phone or watch. As listed above, you will complete as many Manmakers as possible in 30seconds. At the end of the 30sec, you will run for 60seconds. You will repeat this process for 14round (1 round = 30sec of Manmakers + 60sec of running). You will work for a total of 21minutes. Keep count of the number of Manmakers you complete. All the Manmaker rounds added together will be your final score.
